「祭司利未人、利未全族派、必不同以色列中一樣有分有業﹔他們吃的、是人獻與永恆主的火祭和他的其他產業。
18:1
The priests the Levites, and all the tribe of Levi, shall have no part nor inheritance with Israel: they shall eat the offerings of the LORD made by fire, and his inheritance.
18:2
利未人在他的族弟兄中必須沒有產業﹔永恆主就是他的產業,照永恆主對他所應許過的。
18:2
Therefore shall they have no inheritance among their brethren: the LORD is their inheritance, as he hath said unto them.
18:3
祭司從人民、從獻祭的人、所應得的合法分額、乃是以下這一些︰人若獻牛或羊,他要把前腿、腮頰、和胃給祭司。
18:3
And this shall be the priest’s due from the people, from them that offer a sacrifice, whether it be ox or sheep; and they shall give unto the priest the shoulder, and the two cheeks, and the maw.
18:4
你也要把你的初熟五穀、新酒、新油、和你的羊初剪的毛、給祭司。
18:4
The firstfruit also of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the first of the fleece of thy sheep, shalt thou give him.
18:5
因為永恆主你的上帝從你的眾族派中將他揀選出來,使他和他的子孫日日不斷地奉永恆主的名站著供職。
18:5
For the LORD thy God hath chosen him out of all thy tribes, to stand to minister in the name of the LORD, him and his sons for ever.
18:6
「若有利未人、無論寄居在以色列中的哪一座城(或譯︰城門),他從那裡一心一意地來到永恆主所要選擇的地方,
18:6
And if a Levite come from any of thy gates out of all Israel, where he sojourned, and come with all the desire of his mind unto the place which the LORD shall choose;
18:7
那樣他就可以奉永恆主他的上帝的名供職、像他的眾族弟兄利未人塹那里站在永恆主面前供職一樣。
18:7
Then he shall minister in the name of the LORD his God, as all his brethren the Levites do, which stand there before the LORD.
18:8
除了按父系家業所賣而得的以外(或譯︰不管他有沒有父系傳下的家業),他還可以得相等的分兒吃。
18:8
They shall have like portions to eat, beside that which cometh of the sale of his patrimony.
18:9
「你到了永恆主你的神所賜給你的地那時候,不可仿傚那些外國人可厭惡的事去學着行。」
18:9
When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.
18:10
在你中間不可有人將兒子或女兒用火燒獻為祭(或譯︰使兒子或女兒經過火而獻為祭),也不可有占卜的、算命的、觀兆頭的、行邪術的、
18:10
There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.
18:11
用迷術的、問交鬼的、行巫術的、過陰的。
18:11
Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
18:12
因為凡行這些事的、都是為永恆主所憎惡的﹔也正是因了這些可厭惡之事的緣故,永恆主你的上帝才把他們從你面前趕出。
18:12
For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.
18:13
你對於永恆主你的上帝要純全無疵。
18:13
Thou shalt be perfect with the LORD thy God.
18:14
你正要趕出的那些外國人都聽信算命的、占卜的﹔至于你呢,永恆主你的上帝是不會許給你這樣行的。
18:14
For these nations, which thou shalt possess, hearkened unto observers of times, and unto diviners: but as for thee, the LORD thy God hath not suffered thee so to do.
18:15
「永恆主你的上帝要從你中間、從你的族弟兄中、給你興起一位神言人來、像我一樣──你們要聽從他──
18:15
The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken;
18:16
這正是你在何烈山當大眾的日子向永恆主你的上帝所要求的話,說︰『不要讓我再聽永恆主我的上帝的聲音了﹔這偉大的火也永不要讓我再看了,免得我死亡。』
18:16
According to all that thou desiredst of the LORD thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of the LORD my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not.
18:17
永恆主對我說︰『他們所說的、都說得對。
18:17
And the LORD said unto me, They have well spoken that which they have spoken.
18:18
我要從他們的族弟兄中給他們興起一位神言人、像你一樣﹔我要把我的話放在他口中,他必將我所吩咐他的一切話都對他們說。
18:18
I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.
18:19
將來哪一個人不聽我的話、就是他奉我的名所說的,我總要討罰那人。
18:19
And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.
18:20
不過,若有神言人擅自奉我的名說我不曾吩咐他說的話,或是奉別的神的名說話,那神言人就必須死。』
18:20
But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.
18:21
但你若心裡說︰『我們怎能知道什麼是永恆主所沒有說過的話呢?』
18:21
And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the LORD hath not spoken?
18:22
一個神言人奉永恆主的名所說的、那話若不成就,不實現,那就是永恆主沒有說過的話﹔是那神言人擅自說的,你不要懼怕他。
18:22
When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.

「在永恆主你的上帝所賜給你去取得的地、你不可挪移你鄰舍的地界、就是先人在你所承受的產業里所立定的。」
19:14
Thou shalt not remove thy neighbour’s landmark, which they of old time have set in thine inheritance, which thou shalt inherit in the land that the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it.
19:15
「單獨一個見證人不能起來指證一個人有甚麼愆尤或甚麼罪,就是說不能指證他所犯的任何罪,總要憑着兩個見證人的口、或三個見證人的口、罪案纔能成立。」
19:15
One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.
19:16
若有一個強暴的見証人起來指責一個人,作証控訴他橫逆不道,
19:16
If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong;
19:17
「那麼、彼此爭訟的這兩個人就要站在永恆主面前、在當日做祭司做審判官者面前。」
19:17
Then both the men, between whom the controversy is, shall stand before the LORD, before the priests and the judges, which shall be in those days;
19:18
審判官要仔細查究﹔如果那見証人是個假的見証人作假見証控訴他的族弟兄,
19:18
And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his brother;
19:19
那麼你們就要照他所圖謀要待族弟兄的去待他﹔這樣、你就把那壞事從你中間肅清了。
19:19
Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.
19:20
其餘的人聽見,就會懼怕,再也不敢在你中間行這樣的壞事了。
19:20
And those which remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil among you.
19:21
你的眼不可顧惜他﹔要以命償命,以眼還眼,以牙還牙,以手還手,以腳還腳。」
19:21
And thine eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.

「你出去對你仇敵爭戰的時候,看見馬匹、車輛、人民、比你大,你不要怕他們﹔因為是永恆主你的上帝、那領你從埃及地上來的、與你同在。
20:1
When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the LORD thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.
20:2
你們將近上戰場的時候,祭司要走近前去,向人民講話,
20:2
And it shall be, when ye are come nigh unto the battle, that the priest shall approach and speak unto the people,
20:3
對他們說︰『以色列啊,聽吧﹔今天你們將近要對仇敵爭戰,可不要膽怯﹔不要懼怕,不要慌張,不要因他們而驚恐﹔
20:3
And shall say unto them, Hear, O Israel, ye approach this day unto battle against your enemies: let not your hearts faint, fear not, and do not tremble, neither be ye terrified because of them;
20:4
因為是永恆主你們的上帝、他在和你們同去,為你們同仇敵交戰,來拯救你們。』
20:4
For the LORD your God is he that goeth with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.
20:5
官吏也要對人民講話說︰『有什麼人建造房屋、還沒有行奉獻禮的?他可以回家去,恐怕他死在戰場上,而別人去奉獻。
20:5
And the officers shall speak unto the people, saying, What man is there that hath built a new house, and hath not dedicated it? let him go and return to his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man dedicate it.
20:6
有什麼人栽種葡萄園,還沒有開始享用其果子的?他可以回家去,恐怕他死在戰場上,而別人去開始享用。
20:6
And what man is he that hath planted a vineyard, and hath not yet eaten of it? let him also go and return unto his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man eat of it.
20:7
有什麼人聘定了妻,還沒迎娶的?他可以回家去,恐怕他死在戰場上,而別人去娶她。』
20:7
And what man is there that hath betrothed a wife, and hath not taken her? let him go and return unto his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man take her.
20:8
官吏要對人民講話說︰『有什麼人懼怕膽怯的?他可以回家去,免得他使他的族弟兄喪膽、像他那樣喪膽。』
20:8
And the officers shall speak further unto the people, and they shall say, What man is there that is fearful and fainthearted? let him go and return unto his house, lest his brethren’s heart faint as well as his heart.
20:9
官吏向人民講完了話,軍隊的首長就受派、做人民的首領。
20:9
And it shall be, when the officers have made an end of speaking unto the people, that they shall make captains of the armies to lead the people.
20:10
「你臨近一座城、要攻擊它的時候,要向那城宣告和平的話。
20:10
When thou comest nigh unto a city to fight against it, then proclaim peace unto it.
20:11
他若將和平的話答覆你,給你開門,那麼、城里所有的人民、就都要給你做苦工、服事你。
20:11
And it shall be, if it make thee answer of peace, and open unto thee, then it shall be, that all the people that is found therein shall be tributaries unto thee, and they shall serve thee.
20:12
他若不肯同你講和,反要同你作戰,你就圍困那城。
20:12
And if it will make no peace with thee, but will make war against thee, then thou shalt besiege it:
20:13
永恆主你的上帝把城交在你手中的時候,你要用刀擊殺城里所有的男丁。
20:13
And when the LORD thy God hath delivered it into thine hands, thou shalt smite every male thereof with the edge of the sword:
20:14
只有婦女、幼小、牲口、和城里一切所有的,就是被掠之物、你卻可以劫為己有﹔把你的仇敵被掠之物、就是永恆主你的上帝所賜給你的、你都可以吃。
20:14
But the women, and the little ones, and the cattle, and all that is in the city, even all the spoil thereof, shalt thou take unto thyself; and thou shalt eat the spoil of thine enemies, which the LORD thy God hath given thee.
20:15
離你很遠的城市、不是這些國的城市的、你都要這樣待它。
20:15
Thus shalt thou do unto all the cities which are very far off from thee, which are not of the cities of these nations.
20:16
只是永恆主你的上帝所賜給你以為業的這些別族之民的城市中、凡有氣息的、一個你也不要讓活著﹔
20:16
But of the cities of these people, which the LORD thy God doth give thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth:
20:17
只要將他們盡行殺滅歸神,將赫人、亞摩利人、迦南人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人、都殺滅淨盡,照永恆主你的上帝所吩咐你的,
20:17
But thou shalt utterly destroy them; namely, the Hittites, and the Amorites, the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites; as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee:
20:18
免得他們教導你們去習行一切可厭惡的事,就是他們向自己的神所行的,以致你們犯罪得罪了永恆主你的上帝。
20:18
That they teach you not to do after all their abominations, which they have done unto their gods; so should ye sin against the LORD your God.
20:19
「你圍困一座城很多日子、向它作戰、要奪取它,不可揮著斧子砍樹木,把城里的樹木都摧毀掉﹔你可以吃樹上的果子,卻不可以砍樹。難道田野的樹木是人、能在你面前入圍困范圍內麼?
20:19
When thou shalt besiege a city a long time, in making war against it to take it, thou shalt not destroy the trees thereof by forcing an axe against them: for thou mayest eat of them, and thou shalt not cut them down (for the tree of the field is man’s life) to employ them in the siege:
20:20
不過你所知道的樹、不是產食物之樹的、那種你倒可以摧毀而砍掉,用來造木柵,攻擊那對你作戰的城,直到把它攻下。
20:20
Only the trees which thou knowest that they be not trees for meat, thou shalt destroy and cut them down; and thou shalt build bulwarks against the city that maketh war with thee, until it be subdued.

「在永恆主你的上帝所賜給你去取得的土地上、若發現有被刺死的人、他倒在野外,不知道是誰擊殺的,
21:1
If one be found slain in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it, lying in the field, and it be not known who hath slain him:
21:2
那麼、你的長老和審判官就要出去,量那被刺死的人四圍的城市離那人多遠。
21:2
Then thy elders and thy judges shall come forth, and they shall measure unto the cities which are round about him that is slain:
21:3
離那被刺死的人最近的城,那城的長老要取牛群中一只母牛犢、就是未曾被用來耕種過、未曾負軛拉過東西的。
21:3
And it shall be, that the city which is next unto the slain man, even the elders of that city shall take an heifer, which hath not been wrought with, and which hath not drawn in the yoke;
21:4
那城的長老要把那母牛犢牽下去到一個有活水長流的溪谷、就是未曾被耕種過、末曾被撒過種的,在那裡、就在溪谷間、把那母牛犢的脖子打折了。
21:4
And the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto a rough valley, which is neither eared nor sown, and shall strike off the heifer’s neck there in the valley:
21:5
祭司利未的子孫要湊近前,因為永恆主你的上帝是揀選了他們來事奉他、來奉永恆主的名祝福的。一切爭訟一切毆打的事都要憑他們的口所說的來判決。
21:5
And the priests the sons of Levi shall come near; for them the LORD thy God hath chosen to minister unto him, and to bless in the name of the LORD; and by their word shall every controversy and every stroke be tried:
21:6
離那被刺死的人最近的、那城的眾長老要在溪谷間在脖子被打折的母牛犢以上洗手。
21:6
And all the elders of that city, that are next unto the slain man, shall wash their hands over the heifer that is beheaded in the valley:
21:7
他們要應聲申明說︰『這血我們的手未曾使它流過,我們的眼也未曾看見過。
21:7
And they shall answer and say, Our hands have not shed this blood, neither have our eyes seen it.
21:8
永恆主阿,求你赦宥你人民以色列、就是你所贖救的﹔不要使流無辜血的罪歸在你人民以色列中間﹔總要使他們流人血的罪得除淨。』
21:8
Be merciful, O LORD, unto thy people Israel, whom thou hast redeemed, and lay not innocent blood unto thy people of Israel’s charge. And the blood shall be forgiven them.
21:9
這樣、你既行了永恆主所看為對的事,你就從你中間把流無辜血的罪肅清了。
21:9
So shalt thou put away the guilt of innocent blood from among you, when thou shalt do that which is right in the sight of the LORD.
21:10
「你出去與仇敵交戰的時候,永恆主你的上帝把他交在你手中,你把他拿為俘虜。
21:10
When thou goest forth to war against thine enemies, and the LORD thy God hath delivered them into thine hands, and thou hast taken them captive,
21:11
你看見俘虜中有丰姿俊秀的女子,就戀慕她、要娶她為妻﹔
21:11
And seest among the captives a beautiful woman, and hast a desire unto her, that thou wouldest have her to thy wife;
21:12
那麼、你就可以領她進你家中﹔她要剃頭修甲,
21:12
Then thou shalt bring her home to thine house; and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails;
21:13
脫去被俘擄時的衣裳,住在你家里,哀哭她父親和母親一個月的工夫﹔然后你可以進去找她︰你做她的丈夫,她做你的妻子。
21:13
And she shall put the raiment of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in thine house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month: and after that thou shalt go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be thy wife.
21:14
將來你若不喜愛她,就要送她隨意出去,決不可為了銀錢而賣她,也不可當婢女待她,因為你已經玷辱了她。
21:14
And it shall be, if thou have no delight in her, then thou shalt let her go whither she will; but thou shalt not sell her at all for money, thou shalt not make merchandise of her, because thou hast humbled her.
21:15
「人若有兩個妻子,一個是所愛的,一個是所不愛的﹔兩個都給他生了兒子︰所愛的和所不愛的都生了﹔但長子卻是出于所不愛的﹔
21:15
If a man have two wives, one beloved, and another hated, and they have born him children, both the beloved and the hated; and if the firstborn son be hers that was hated:
21:16
那麼、到要把所有的傳給兒子做產業的日子,他可不要將所愛者的兒子認為長子、排在所不愛者的兒子、就是事實上的長子以上,
21:16
Then it shall be, when he maketh his sons to inherit that which he hath, that he may not make the son of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated, which is indeed the firstborn:
21:17
卻要認所不愛者的兒子為長子,將一切所有的分兩分給他,因為這兒子是他強壯時初生子﹔長子的名分本是他的。
21:17
But he shall acknowledge the son of the hated for the firstborn, by giving him a double portion of all that he hath: for he is the beginning of his strength; the right of the firstborn is his.
21:18
「人若有倔強悖逆的兒子,不聽從他父親的話或母親的話﹔他們雖懲罰他,他還是不聽從﹔
21:18
If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them:
21:19
那麼、他父親和母親就要抓住他,將他帶出去到那地方的城門、他本城的長老那里,
21:19
Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place;
21:20
對他本城的長老說︰『我們這兒子倔強悖逆,不聽從我們的話,是個貪吃好酒的人。』
21:20
And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard.
21:21
他本城的眾人就要扔石頭砍他,砍到死去﹔這樣、你就把那壞事從你中間肅清了﹔這樣、全以色列聽見,就懼怕了。
21:21
And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear.
21:22
「人若犯罪、有該死的罪案,他被處死了,你將他掛在示眾木上﹔
21:22
And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree:
21:23
他的屍體你不可留在示眾木上過夜,總要在當天將他葬埋,因為被掛的人是上帝所咒詛的﹔這樣、你就不至于使永恆主你的上帝所賜給你以為業的土地蒙不潔。
21:23
His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.

「人與人之間若有爭訟的事上審判廳,官府審判他們,定有理的無罪,定無理的有罪﹔
25:1
If there be a controversy between men, and they come unto judgment, that the judges may judge them; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked.
25:2
那無理的應該受責打,那麼審判官就要叫他伏在地上,按著他的罪、照數目使他當面受責打。
25:2
And it shall be, if the wicked man be worthy to be beaten, that the judge shall cause him to lie down, and to be beaten before his face, according to his fault, by a certain number.
25:3
只可打他四十下,不可加多﹔若加打他、多過這數目,恐怕你的族弟兄就在你面前被輕慢了。
25:3
Forty stripes he may give him, and not exceed: lest, if he should exceed, and beat him above these with many stripes, then thy brother should seem vile unto thee.
25:4
牛踹穀時、你不可籠住牠的嘴。
25:4
Thou shalt not muzzle the ox when he treadeth out the corn.
25:5
「弟兄們住在一起,他們中間若死了一個,沒有兒子,死者的妻不可出嫁外人﹔她丈夫的兄弟要向她盡做丈夫的兄弟的本分、娶她為妻,進去找她。
25:5
If brethren dwell together, and one of them die, and have no child, the wife of the dead shall not marry without unto a stranger: her husband’s brother shall go in unto her, and take her to him to wife, and perform the duty of an husband’s brother unto her.
25:6
她所生的長子要立起來、接替那死去的兄弟的名分,免得他兄弟的名從以色列中被涂抹。
25:6
And it shall be, that the firstborn which she beareth shall succeed in the name of his brother which is dead, that his name be not put out of Israel.
25:7
那人若不愿意娶她兄弟的妻,他兄弟的妻就要上城門長老們那里說︰『我丈夫的兄弟不肯在以色列中為他兄弟立名,不情愿向我盡做丈夫的兄弟的本分。』
25:7
And if the man like not to take his brother’s wife, then let his brother’s wife go up to the gate unto the elders, and say, My husband’s brother refuseth to raise up unto his brother a name in Israel, he will not perform the duty of my husband’s brother.
25:8
那么他本城的長老就要把那人叫來,對他講話﹔他若立定主意說︰『我不樂意娶她』﹔
25:8
Then the elders of his city shall call him, and speak unto him: and if he stand to it, and say, I like not to take her;
25:9
那么他兄弟的妻就要當著長老們眼前湊上前到那人跟前,從他腳上脫去了鞋,吐唾沫在他臉上,應時說︰『那不為他兄弟建立家室的、人都要這樣待他。』
25:9
Then shall his brother’s wife come unto him in the presence of the elders, and loose his shoe from off his foot, and spit in his face, and shall answer and say, So shall it be done unto that man that will not build up his brother’s house.
25:10
這樣,那人在以色列中便要名為『鞋被脫掉者的家』。
25:10
And his name shall be called in Israel, The house of him that hath his shoe loosed.
25:11
「人在一起彼此爭斗,若其中一人的妻子走近前來、要援救她丈夫脫離那擊打他者的手,便伸手抓住那人的下體,
25:11
When men strive together one with another, and the wife of the one draweth near for to deliver her husband out of the hand of him that smiteth him, and putteth forth her hand, and taketh him by the secrets:
25:12
那麼你就要砍斷那婦人的手掌﹔你的眼不可顧惜。
25:12
Then thou shalt cut off her hand, thine eye shall not pity her.
25:13
「你提包里不可有一種法碼、又另有一種法碼,一大一小。
25:13
Thou shalt not have in thy bag divers weights, a great and a small.
25:14
你家里不可有一種升斗、又另有一種升斗(原文︰伊法),一大一小。
25:14
Thou shalt not have in thine house divers measures, a great and a small.
25:15
你要有足重公道的法碼﹔有足重公道的升斗(原文︰伊法),好使你在永恆主你的上帝所賜給你的土地、得享長壽。
25:15
But thou shalt have a perfect and just weight, a perfect and just measure shalt thou have: that thy days may be lengthened in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
25:16
因為凡行這些事的、凡行不公道事的人、都是永恆主你的上帝所厭惡的。
25:16

「你要記得你們出了埃及、在路上的時候、亞瑪力人向你所行的﹔

Remember what Amalek did unto thee by the way, when ye were come forth out of Egypt;

他怎樣在路上遇見了你,你疲乏困倦的時候、他怎樣截擊你的儘後隊、擊打你後面所有支離破碎的人,也不敬畏神。
25:18
How he met thee by the way, and smote the hindmost of thee, even all that were feeble behind thee, when thou wast faint and weary; and he feared not God.
25:19
所以將來永恆主你的神使你得享平靜、在永恆主你的神所賜給你去取得為基業的地、脫離了你四圍一切的仇敵,那時你務要將亞瑪力這名號從天下塗抹掉:不可忘記。
25:19
Therefore it shall be, when the LORD thy God hath given thee rest from all thine enemies round about, in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it, that thou shalt blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven; thou shalt not forget it.
